Ingredients
– 35ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Vodka
– 20ml Galliano
– 20ml simple syrup
– 25ml cranberry juice
– Vanilla Cream (add 15ml vanilla syrup to double cream and shake)
– 50ml blueberry puree
Method
Step 1. add all ingredients (except vanilla cream) to cocktail shaker with ice.
Step 2. shake hard with ice
Step 3. fine strain to chilled martini glass
Step 4. gently pour cream over a bar spoon and garnish with blueberry.
