We proudly supply some of the most premium beer and cider brands in NI such as Heineken, Birra Moretti, Tiger, Orchard Thieves and Murphy’s to name but a few. We also represent major wine brands such as McGuigan’s Wine, Freixenet and I Heart.
Job Description
This is a great role within an already established team at United Wines. The Assistant Brand Manager will support the marketing team efforts which involve creating campaigns and activations to drive revenue. With a direct link to the sales team, this role will also support in our design and print efforts.
Whilst you will be responsible for Orchard Thieves in the NI market you will also be required to drive our agency brands forward. This role will give the right person the opportunity to work on the McGuigan Wines and other well established brand owners.
Core responsibilities:
- Meeting with Key Suppliers / Principles and working with colleagues across multiple departments.
- Communication of brand plans to the sales team and ongoing sales team support
- Carrying out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
- Contribute to the development of an overall digital campaign to support brand development.
- Development and implementation of creative content and innovative campaigns to drive consumer engagement and increase sales.
- Review, monitor and implement improvements across our website.
- Contribute to the creation of clear schedules to ensure understanding of their deliverables within any given campaign; ensuring actions are agreed and followed up.
- Compilation and setting of clear and relevant objectives across campaign elements and customer journey.
- End-to-end analysis, delivery and performance reporting of all digital elements including creatively led digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance to continuously enhance brand campaigns.
- Ensure brand identities and brand guidelines are adhered to in all campaign and promotional activities.
- Content creation for all digital platforms, along with and amendments of existing sites, pages and other marketing material.
- Organising events such as product launches, tastings & photo shoots.
Essential Qualities / Skills
- Third Level Degree in Marketing or a related subject area.
- Minimum of 2 years digital marketing, brand and/or e-commerce experience.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects to strict deadlines.
- Proven data and insight led experience.
- FMCG Drink Industry experience.
- One Year experience in managing a brand.
This role requires three days in the office and two days remote, matching the needs of the business.
