Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 15,000 liters, with automatic temperature control without exceeding 26oC. 15 months in French oak barrels.
Intense on the palate, fruity and toasted memories with refreshing acidity.
Ideal with roast meats, stews and Iberian meats.
