The west-facing vineyards grow in decomposed granite and Table Mountain sandstone soils on the estate, and attitudes of around 224 m above sea level. Grapes were harvested by hand during March.
Tasting notes:
Aroma's of ripe red plum, black cherry, cloves and a hint of sweet tobacco. A full-bodied wine with flavours of plum, toasted coconut and dark chocolate with a good tannic backbone.
