Choice grape varieties from select terroirs are used to make EISBERG products. The alcohol is removed from the basic wine through a special, gentle process.
To do this, we use a cutting-edge vacuum distillation system, which is largely able to maintain the complex aroma profile of the wines.
Our fresh and aromatic alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc is brimming with classic gooseberry and tropical fruit flavours.
