From its home in the heart of the Montagne de Reins vineyards, Ayala has been making and blending Champagne since 1860. Ayala is a small house, enabling the production of ‘haute couture’ wines by sourcing grapes from Grand Cru vineyard sites and Premier Cru. In 2005, Ayala was purchased by the Bollinger family. Rich and aromatic on the nose. On the palate, it is well balanced and shows great finesse and complexity. Made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier.
