Ingredients

– 50ml of Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Whiskey

– 20ml lemon juice

– 3cm piece of fresh ginger, chopped finely

– 20ml honey

 

Method

Step 1. Take a rocks glass and muddle together the whiskey, honey and chopped ginger

Step 2. Half fill the glass with ice

Step 3. Top with lemon juice and stir well

Step 4. Garnish with ginger and serve

 

This is a special one, our take on the Hot Toddy.

– 15ml Caramel Syrup

– 45ml Cloudy Apple Juice”

 

Method

Step 1. add ingredients to a pot and bring to the boil

Step 2. allow to simmer for a few minutes

Step 3. serve and garnish with sliced apple and caramel drizzle on top

 

Ingredients

– 22.5ml of Campari

– 22.5ml Martini Rosso

– an Orange twist to garnish.

 

Method

Step 1. take a rocks glass and fill half way with large pieces of ice.

Step 2. combine all ingredients to glass.

Step 3. give a good stir ensuring all ingredients are combined

Step 4. add more ice to the glass and top with and orange twist.

-45ml Titanic Distillers Whiskey

-15ml Honey & Cinnamon simple syrup**

-2/3 drops of Orange Bitters

-15ml Lemon Juice

-35ml Blood Orange Juice

 

Recipe for the Honey and Cinnamon simple syrup**

-25ml Honey

-300g Brown sugar

-4 Cinnamon sticks

-475ml boiling water

 

Add the water, cinnamon sticks and honey to a saucepan and bring to the boil. Then simmer for 10 mins and strain out the cinnamon sticks.

Finally, bring the water back to a boil, add the sugar and stir until dissolved, cool before using and enjoy The Voyager!

 

Method

Step 1. Add all ingredients in cocktail shaker

Step 2.Shake vigoursly with ice

Step 3.Pour into rocks glass with ice

Step 4.Garnish with orange slice and stick of cinnamon

– 50ml of Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Vodka

– 150ml of tomato juice

– 20ml lemon juice

– 2 drops of Worcestershire sauce

– 2 drops of Tabasco sauce

– chilli flakes

– black peppercorns

 

Method

Step 1. take a collins glass and fill half way with ice.

Step 2. combine all your ingredients in glass and give a good stir, top up glass with ice

Step 3. sprinkle chilli flakes and crack peppercorns on top

Step 4. get as creative as you want with garnish, or keep it simple with lemon wedge and celery stalk.

– 1-2 dashes of angostura bitters

– 1-2 dashes orange bitters

– 10ml sugar syrup

 

Ingredients

-35ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Vodka

-25ml Chambord or creme de framboise

-60ml pineapple juice

-10ml raspberry syrup

 

Method

Step 1. add all  ingredients to cocktail shaker

Step 2. shake vigorously with ice

Step 3. remove ice and dry shake

Step 4. fine strain into chilled martini glass/champagne coupe

 

Ingredients

– 35ml Titanic Distillers Premium Irish Vodka

– 20ml Galliano

– 20ml simple syrup

– 25ml cranberry juice

– Vanilla Cream (add 15ml vanilla syrup to double cream and shake)

– 50ml blueberry puree

 

Method

Step 1. add all ingredients (except vanilla cream) to cocktail shaker with ice.

Step 2. shake hard with ice

Step 3. fine strain to chilled martini glass

Step 4. gently pour cream over a bar spoon and garnish with blueberry.

Method

Step 1. Combine all ingredients in cocktail shaker

Step 2. Shake vigorously with ice

Step 3. Pour into rocks glass with ice
